Return & Exchange policy

All sales are final and Lovers Playground locations do not accept returns. Lovers Playground has a no returns and no exchanges policy because of the items we sell. Due to the health and safety of our employees and patrons, we will not exchange a item brought back to the store. Once items have left the store, we automatically considered it used. We have no way to tell if a product has been opened and used or not. We cannot and will not have a used item inside our store. No website returns or exchanges will be accepted at any Lovers Playground store locations.

 

Our associates are required to check any item(s) you are interested in purchasing that it works properly before you leave the store. This gives the associate the ability to select a new item at the store in the event the that original item does not work while you are at the register. If you receive an item which does not function once you have left the store:

 

• Try a new set of matching batteries.
• Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly.
• Check that the cap is fully tightened.
• Remove any protective seal covering the battery.
• Check product instructions on correct length of time for charging if your toy is rechargeable.
• Press and hold the power button for several seconds.

 

Be mindful when choosing your items. For example, if you choose the wrong size, color, texture, material, or flavor, it cannot be exchanged for something different. Please ask questions if you are uncertain about a product. We cannot provide you with a refund if you have changed your mind about your recent purchase, so please choose carefully. We do not offer satisfaction returns.

 

Many of the products we carry are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If your product is faulty, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty listed on their website for a return or an exchange directly through them. Keep the toy's outer packaging and your proof of purchase receipt from our store. Make sure to check if your item will need to be registered.
