Operating Instructions

1. Press and Hold the POWER BUTTON (Bottom Button) for 3 seconds to power CHARLI ON. The light will turn solid, and the vibrating tapper will begin oscillating.
2. Quick Press the POWER BUTTON (Bottom Button) to cycle through the 10-Functions. 
3. Quick Press the FLAPPER BUTTON (Top Button) to activate. The Top Light will turn solid, and The FLAPPER will begin the slapping motion.
4. Quick Press the FLAPPER BUTTON (Top Button) to cycle through the 10-Functions. 
5. Press and hold the POWER BUTTON for 3 seconds to turn CHARLI OFF.

Charging Instructions

• Locate the Magnetic Charge contacts located at the bottom of the toy opposite the controls.
• Attach the Charge Cable to the magnetic contacts. The light will begin to flash.
• Charging is complete when the light becomes solid.
